3. Description of Supplies or Services: VA, Enterprise Program Management Office is seeking to acquire 152 Oracle Multitenant software processor licenses inclusive of update rights and technical support for the FMBT Program. The base Period of Performance (PoP) for the base period shall be September 16, 2019 through March 13, 2020, with two Option Periods.
Option Period One PoP shall be March 14, 2020 through May 21, 2020. Option Period Two PoP shall be May 22, 2020 through August 21, 2020. This PoP structure will allow the performance of the required Oracle Multitenant software processor licenses to align with existing Oracle licenses procured under a separate order and will also coincide with the award of VA's Oracle Enterprise Licensing Agreement (ELA) in March of Fiscal Year 20.
