PRICING PAGE FOR "LINER PIPE MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION"
| NOTE: | |
| - Liner pipe | a) The vendor must enter bids for each liner pipe range they wish to perform liner pipe work and the District Mobilization. |
| b) There are five additional blank lines for liner pipe ranges. These are optional entries for liner pipe ranges greater than or equal to 127 inches (inside diameter). | |
| - Grout Mat. | Grouting Material will be bid by cubic yard ranges of material placed. The grouting material range associated to the total cubic yards of grout placed will determine the cost per cubic yard of the grout. |
| - Mobilization | Mobilization cost for each project. One project may consist of up to four sites. ODOT will compensate the awarded vendor a lump sum plus mileage for the second, third, and fourth sites, if applicable. Compensation will be a lump sum of $150.00 for each additional site plus mileage. One vehicle for equipment and one vehicle for material will be paid at a rate of $0.655 per mile. If one vehicle is used for both equipment and material, then the mileage compensation will only apply to that vehicle Example: An equipment vehicle and material vehicle traveled 15 miles from site one to site two. The awarded vendor would receive $150.00 + (15 miles) x $.655 + (15 miles) x $.655 = $169.65 |
- Extra Work When it is determined that additional work is necessary, outside the vendors original scope of work necessary to properly install the items listed below, the vendor will be compensated based on the additional work performed. Additional work will be identified and mutually agreed upon by ODOT and the vendor.

| MOBILIZATION |
| The Department understands that travel to and from a project is one aspect of mobilization, and this can vary depending on the project. TO HELP PROVIDE A MORE COMPETITIVE AND COST EFFECTIVE |
PRICE FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS, when additional mobilization may be required, the vendor shall provide a breakdown of these additional costs above the standard mobilization to and from the project.
This may include separating out costs for heavy equipment, length of contract, lane closure Equipment/Marterials (not signing), etc.
Prior to the start of work (field review), the vendor and ODOT will determine the appropriate mobilization charges that may be necessary for the given project.

Mobilization between sites
When multiple sites exist, the vendor will be compensated for mobilization between sites at the hourly rates of the operators, as paid by the vendor. These rates will be compensated for the travel time.
For example: Hourly Rate for Culvert Cleanout out is $100.00/hr. Operator A is paid $23.50/hr, and Operator B is paid $24.25/hr. Therefore, the hourly rate compensated is $47.25/hr for travel between sites.
However, the total hourly rate for mobilization will be capped at the hourly rate for the culvert cleanout, if the total hourly rates of the operators exceeds the hourly rate for the culvert cleanout.
The cumulative total time traveled will be rounded up to the 1/4 hour.
For example, Site 1 to Site 2 is 25 Minutes, Site 2 to 3 is 15 minutes, Site 3 to 4 is 30 minutes. A total of 70 minutes for travel between sites. This will be rounded up to 75 minutes.
(Vendor may be asked to provide proof of employee pay rates to determine hourly rate for compensation)
