About this file

The document is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form from the Nevada State Purchasing Division, Department of Administration, located in Carson City, Nevada. This standard certification form requires vendors to disclose and certify that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence or attempt to influence government officials in connection with federal contracts, grants, loans, or cooperative agreements. The form includes a solicitation number 30DOE-S3135, though additional context about the specific procurement is not provided in this document.

The certification mandates that if any non-federal funds are used to influence government officials, the vendor must complete and submit a Standard Form-LLL "Disclosure of Lobbying Activities." The document warns that failure to file the required certification can result in civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each violation. The form requires the vendor to include similar certification language in all sub-award documents and requires sub-recipients to disclose and certify accordingly. This document appears to be a standard compliance form to ensure transparency and prevent improper lobbying practices in government contracting.
