The project involves indoor bathroom renovations at a government station with several key constraints: no mandatory site visit, limited space for staging and parking, and the building will remain operational during work. The government has not provided detailed specifications, drawings, or photos, indicating contractors will need to rely primarily on the Statement of Work (SOW) for project requirements.
