About this file

This document contains submission instructions issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) for respondents to an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish a blanket purchase order for the procurement of men's deodorant for resale in TDCJ commissaries statewide. All submissions must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com. Respondents are required to register on the portal, which supports Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Vendors should allow at least one business day for uploading large files due to potential processing delays. All submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date, and once the submission deadline has passed, no amendments or corrections to submitted documents will be permitted.

Any requests for additional information or clarification regarding solicitation specifications must be submitted through the electronic bid system by the dates specified in the solicitation. Amendments to the solicitation will be issued via Public Notice on the electronic bid system, and respondents are responsible for regularly checking the portal to obtain any amendments relevant to the solicitation. Respondents may withdraw and resubmit responses at any time prior to the advertised due date and time. Once the due date and time have passed, all responses in TDCJ's possession are considered final, conclusive, and irrevocable. For technical assistance with the Bonfire portal, vendors should contact support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or access Euna Procurement's Vendor Knowledgebase. It is recommended that respondents verify successful submission by reviewing their account after receiving a "Submission Complete" status notification.

Submission

It is recommended that once you have completed your final submission and received a notice status of “Submission Complete” from Euna Procurement, you access your account again and review the documents to verify that the correct content has been provided. Once the close date has passed, you will not have an opportunity to change any of the submitted documents.
