About this file
This is Amendment 0004 to a federal solicitation issued by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mech, dated May 7, 2026, with an effective date of May 7, 2026. The solicitation number is N00104-26-Q-XA48, and the requisition number is 25303-0138 (FMSX). The contracting office is located at 5450 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050-2411, with creator office code N774.9.
The primary change in this amendment extends the offer due date to 4:30 PM local time on June 8, 2026. The amendment incorporates lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria into the solicitation through clauses WSSTERMLZ10 and WSSTERMMZ04. Offerors must submit Standard Form 33 with blocks 14-18 completed, RFP Section B (Schedule of Supplies) completed, and RFP Section K (SAM) completed to constitute a technically acceptable initial proposal. Alternate proposals are not authorized. A technically acceptable offer is defined as one in which the offeror complies with Section L instructions and takes no exceptions or objections to solicitation terms. The government intends to award a contract without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary. Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Offerors are cautioned to address any solicitation exceptions, objections, or questions to the contracting officer prior to the proposal submission deadline.
