REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFI) RECEIVED:

1.7. RFI 01: Is there a budget for this project? For bonding purposes. Also, is this a multi-prime contract or is it a single prime contract?

Answer: Bidders shall make their own determination of project value. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract - See Section 011000 "Summary".

1.8. RFI 02: There is a note a GP-1 "Proposed 50' long x 10' wide Reinforced concrete pad, 8" Thick Reinforced Concrete (Typ. of 2 locations). Each pad scales out at 7.5' wide x 22' long.

Which is correct? Also, there appears to be 4 of these pads all with poured walls around them. Please verify. Also, is there overall dimensioning for the ramp? I see some dimensions on the S-1 drawing and other dimensions on the GP-1 drawing. But nothing appears to give specific continuous directions (length or width).

Answer: The reinforced concrete is 50’x10’ respectively, typical of two (2) location as shown on plans. The shaded dumpsters measured 22’x7.5’ as identified on the plans, typical of four

(4) and are shown for reference only. These are not pads. The overall length of the ramp is approximately 150 ft by 14 ft wide (inside dimension) as shown on the plans. Outside dimension is 16 ft wide.
