285‐19‐RFQ‐0005 Tuscarora Water Well Testing & Disinfecting
ATTACHMENT A: Technical Specifications
STATEMENT OF WORK
NS14-D41 Individual Well Follow-Up Testing
To provide well testing and resulting disinfection of well systems on the Tuscarora Nation Reservation. The Tuscarora Nation is located 10 miles northeast of Niagara Falls. The Nation's wells have historically faced contamination issues, including contamination from inadequate waste disposal systems. Several Nation residents have expressed interest in getting their individual well systems tested for contaminants.
Based on the background, the statement of work is to provide sampling of wells. The wells will then be disinfected. A final bacteriological sampling of each disinfected well will conclude the work. Location of each well site is to be determined by IHS. Wells will be sampled for all parameters listed in the specifications.
