About this file

This document is a state contract pricing and specification sheet for liquid tanker trailers, specifically issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). The contract involves West-Mark as a primary vendor and includes provisions for both new and used liquid tanker trailers designed for transporting and spraying liquid deicing chemicals. Additional service locations are identified, including Homan Contracting Services in Maineville and Dickinson Fleet Services in Cincinnati.

The contract covers tanker trailers with a capacity between 5,000 and 7,000 gallons, featuring stainless steel barrel tanks, LED lighting, air ride suspension, and specific technical requirements such as .100-inch tank thickness and two-speed landing gear. Pricing for a new 43'6" trailer is set at $97,140.00, with optional add-ons available at additional costs, including front fenders ($2,800), warning beacons ($1,065), and a delivery pump with hose reel ($15,669). The contract allows for monthly updates to used equipment inventory and requires ODOT inspection of used trailers before purchase. A standard manufacturer's warranty is included, and the vendor must provide all applicable manuals in PDF format.
