The cost proposal consists of three tables: Table 1 for the hydrogen tube trailers with a 10.0% sales tax, Table 2 for scope of work task pricing including training, technical support, and maintenance with hourly rates and estimated hours, and Table 3 for not-to-exceed hourly rates for additional as-needed services. The non-cost proposal sections are worth up to 60 points each for the methodology plan and technical specifications response form. Proposers must address eight required specifications and thirty-one supplemental specifications, provide a minimum of three references, demonstrate experience with gaseous hydrogen tube trailers, outline safety and training packages, detail maintenance and technical support programs, and confirm the trailer's ability to connect to Transit's hydrogen fueling station.
