The project consists of site work and construction of a new salt storage building and a new maintenance facility of approximately 17,000 square feet on an existing operational DOT complex. Woodruff Construction is soliciting qualifications specifically for Bid Package No. A03.3 Concrete Flatwork. Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) are due on August 17, 2026, before 5:00 p.m. CST, submitted electronically to Precon@Woodruff.Build with the subject line "IDOT ALBIA [SUBCONTRACTOR_NAME] SOQ."
