Contract Summary

This is a Contract Change Notice Number 1 to Contract 260000000112 between the State of Michigan, specifically the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), and Green Blade Lawn Care and Landscaping Inc, a Michigan Corporation. The change notice modifies the original contract effective December 1, 2025, which was scheduled to expire November 30, 2028, with two available one-year renewal options.

The contract provides winter maintenance services for two MDOT locations in Genesee County: the Davison Transportation Service Center (9495 Potter Rd, Davison, MI 48423) and the I-75/Clio Park & Ride (4589 W Vienna Rd, Clio, MI 48420), including Old Vienna Road between Peterson Drive and Independence Drive. Change Notice 1 modifies Schedule B Pricing by adding additional service quantities to line items, increasing the contract value by $21,614.00 (from the initial $43,260.00 to an estimated aggregate value of $64,874.00) and extending the expiration date to August 31, 2026. Services include snow and ice removal performed on a per-occurrence basis, with pricing of $282.00 per occurrence for conditions up to six inches and $382.00-$469.00 per occurrence for accumulations exceeding six inches, plus call-back services as needed. The Davison TSC operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while the Clio Park & Ride requires 24/7/365 coverage. Payment terms specify a three percent discount if paid within seven days; otherwise, Net 45 days applies. All other contract terms, conditions, and specifications remain unchanged per contractor and agency agreement.
