About this file
This is a janitorial services contract specification document for The Keller Pointe Aquatic and Fitness Facility in Texas. The document defines minimum specifications for janitorial services at the 91,767 square foot facility, which comprises 63,103 square feet of indoor space and 28,664 square feet of outdoor leisure waters. The facility operates seven days per week for 362 days annually with restricted holiday hours, and maintains a non-smoking policy across all areas. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services required to maintain the facility to specified standards throughout the contract term.
The document serves as a fillable template establishing performance standards and service requirements for prospective bidders. Specific pricing terms, set-asides, contract duration, renewal options, and bid submission deadlines are not detailed in this specification document, as it functions as a framework outlining the minimum service standards rather than a complete solicitation with financial terms. Bidders should reference the associated solicitation documents for complete information regarding compensation structure, award timeline, contract term, and other contractual requirements.
