About this file

This document is a comprehensive pricing and specification sheet for the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) for various snow and material spreading equipment. The contract involves Swenson Spreader LLC as the vendor, providing detailed specifications and pricing for multiple types of spreader systems including hopper spreaders, hopper stands, slide-in hopper spreaders, cross conveyor spreaders, undertailgate spreaders (single and dual spinner), and spreader gates.

The contract covers multiple equipment configurations with specific pricing for different lengths and configurations, ranging from 8' to 15' models. Prices vary by type and configuration, with hopper spreaders priced from $17,177 to $54,298, and options such as discharge chutes, speed sensors, and gear reduction packages available. The contract includes comprehensive requirements for materials (primarily stainless steel), hydraulic systems, spinner assemblies, and warranties. Delivery terms specify a 180-day completion window after purchase order receipt, and the contract requires detailed documentation including parts books, service manuals, and 3D model files. Each item must meet strict technical specifications and be compatible with ODOT's existing equipment and hydraulic systems.
