C. Adjusted Pricing based on Amended Quantities and Rates; $349,438.00*

Some line item quantities in the Contract Schedule B – Pricing Sheet were found to be incorrect, affecting costs for some Accommodated Test Materials, Online Test Administration, Machine Scoring, and Hand-Scoring. In a few items the actual unit quantities are lower than in the Contract, but for most of the affected items the actual unit quantities are greater than in the Contract.

MDE and the Contractor, upon completing an initial meeting and requirements gathering, needed to modify proposed quantities and rates in the budget to reflect true counts more accurately for current and future administrations. These changes have been mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Outlined in Table C below are both the current contract pricing and the corrections to Schedule B.

Our request is to change the pricing that is shown as Proposed.

*The dollar amounts shown in A., B., and C. above are the costs associated with the activities listed in the corresponding paragraph(s) below. Additional costs will be covered by Schedule B – Pricing, Line 9 – Program Development / Assistance (Pre-approved actual cost) in Contract 240000000655.
