About this file
This document is Addendum 1 to Invitation to Bid (ITB) 22-713 for Cisco Wireless Access Points issued by the Douglas County School District No. 4 in Oregon. The addendum provides responses to questions received prior to the deadline regarding the procurement, which must be signed and included with the proposal submission. The ITB seeks to purchase Cisco wireless access points, with the purchase contingent on approval of the district's Tier 2 eRate funding request. The access points will connect to the district's existing Cisco 5508 wireless LAN controller, which has sufficient licenses to support the additional access points. Proposals must be submitted physically via mail by March 22, 2022 at 2:00 PM, as there is no option for electronic submission.
The addendum clarifies that the procurement is subject to the district receiving eRate funding approval, and no goods will be purchased prior to notice of approved funding. It also provides details on the wireless controller model and confirms the district has enough licenses to support the additional access points. The addendum must be signed and included with the proposal submission, and if a response has already been sent, the signed addendum must be mailed separately by the response deadline.
