About this file
This specification matrix is a supporting document for the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) Fleet Department's FY27 Fleet Maintenance Parts contract opportunity in Idaho. The document outlines detailed specifications and requirements for the parts operation that will support ACHD's fleet maintenance activities. The matrix establishes comprehensive criteria for staffing, transportation management, and parts inventory operations necessary to maintain efficient fleet functionality. The specification matrix serves as a technical reference document that qualified firms must address in their competitive proposals, detailing the operational standards and performance expectations for the parts supply and management services.
The specification matrix establishes performance benchmarks, operational protocols, and service delivery standards that prospective vendors must meet or exceed in their proposals. The document provides the technical framework for evaluating bidder qualifications and their ability to deliver staffing support, manage transportation logistics, and maintain parts inventory operations to ACHD's specifications. Vendors must demonstrate their capacity to meet all outlined specifications in their proposals, which will be evaluated against these detailed requirements during the competitive selection process.
