The successful contractor will be announced on November 11, 2026. The preconstruction period is anticipated to occur from November 2026 through March 2027, with construction scheduled to begin in April 2027 and conclude by August 2027. The project encompasses renovations and modifications for the Houston County School District facilities, potentially including Quail Run Elementary School and David A. The district reserves the right to select or reject any and all responses and is not liable for costs incurred by respondents. Submission of proposals constitutes acceptance of the evaluation methodology and acknowledgment that subjective judgments will be made during the ranking and award determination process. Respondents are required to hold harmless and indemnify the owner, architect, and design consultants against all claims, damages, and expenses resulting from injury to persons or property caused by the contractor or its employees and subcontractors during the work.
