The procurement includes delivery terms specified as Free On Board Destination and payment terms to be vendor-specified. While no estimated total value is explicitly stated, the project represents a structured public works infrastructure improvement initiative. Contractors must possess appropriate professional licensing, roofing expertise, and meet specific pre-qualification standards in the "Roofing" classification. The bid documents include multiple supplementary files: the primary ITB document, project drawings, and two addendum documents, suggesting potential modifications or clarifications to the original solicitation. Potential bidders are required to carefully review all attached documentation to develop a responsive and competitive proposal that fully addresses the technical specifications and regulatory compliance requirements.
