1. The RFP mentions stations for each of the round tables in the plenary session room, what is the purpose and how many do you expect to utilize? Table stanchions: metal stands that go in the center of each table to hold the supervisors’ names to identify the tables

1. Do you have a total square footage for the plenary session room? 6,000 square feet

1. How many attendees will be expected in each of the 4 breakout rooms? What type of set up do you need in the breakout rooms? At least 50; theater style

1. Will there be any food and beverage? None allowed per Federal regulations

1. Are your dates firm or flexible? Firm

1. Will you need onsite assistance? Only as described in the Requirements documents for AV

1. Will the laptops be PC or MAC, I ask because I want to make sure we request the correct connections from audio visual? PC

1. Pertaining to the number of attendees, we’ve identified that there is a requirement to provide 200 guest rooms, but in reference to calculating meeting space requirements it does not reflect the total number of attendees for the group overall in particular for the Ballroom and Break-Out session requirements. 300 attendees for ballroom. 50 per breakout session
