The procurement covers fiscal year 2025-2026, with an estimated not-to-exceed budget of $10,000.00. The advertisement period runs from June 27, 2025, at 11:30 AM to July 21, 2025, at 11:30 AM, during which prospective vendors can submit information about their ability to supply similar commodities.

United Laboratories, Inc. is identified as the sole source provider for their proprietary water treatment products, which are not available in retail stores and can only be purchased through their authorized sales representatives.
