About this file
This document is a state-level pricing document for Jack-and-Bore Services contract 309-26, specifically a bid submission by DRS Enterprises, Inc. located in Garfield Heights, Ohio. The pricing document appears to be for an Ohio state transportation or infrastructure agency, covering multiple districts within the state. The vendor contact is Cheryl Stasiak, who can be reached at 216-965-4204 or via email at cstasiak@DRSent.com.
The contract covers steel casing installation services using multiple bore head types for different ground conditions (dirt, soft shale, shale/rock, and hard rock), with pricing structured by casing diameter ranging from 12 to 60 inches. Pricing varies by bore head type and ranges from $240 to $2,400 per linear foot, with a standard section length of 20 linear feet. Additional services include maintenance of traffic ($30,000 lump sum), flagging ($48/hour), mobilization (varying costs by district from $12,000 to $50,000), staging area setup, and restoration services. The contract appears to be an indefinite delivery vehicle allowing Ohio's transportation districts to utilize the pricing for jack-and-bore infrastructure projects as needed.
