About this file
This document is an Attachment for Price Increase Percentages associated with a state contract for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), identified by solicitation number BPM006653. The document provides a structured template for potential contract vendors to specify maximum percentage increases for up to four renewal periods.
The attachment outlines a specific methodology for potential price increases during contract renewals, with each increase calculated against the original contract price. Vendors are required to specify their maximum percentage increase for each renewal period, with a clear warning that the State of Arizona does not automatically grant increases and requires documentation supporting any requested price adjustment. The document includes an example demonstrating how percentage increases would be applied, starting from an original contract price and incrementally increasing across renewal periods. Importantly, if no percentage is specified by the vendor, prices will remain unchanged from the original contract term.
