About this file
This document is an Express NDAA Certification form from the United States Department of State, implementing requirements from the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2019. The form requires vendors to provide representations regarding their use of covered telecommunications equipment and services, specifically mandating that merchants disclose whether they will provide or currently use telecommunications equipment or services that could potentially pose security risks to the government. The certification aims to ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations by requiring vendors to carefully review and complete the representation, which includes checking specific boxes indicating their status with respect to covered telecommunications equipment and services, and returning the completed form to their Contract Specialist.
