Questions & Answers

Q1. CLIN 4.7

Have you considered that hidden trap toilets o�en have leak problems over �me?

A1. Please include in your quota�on the toilet shown on the drawings (Kohler toilet, model Aerodyne K-3869LM-S-0, white) or an equivalent toilet of the same quality and specifica�ons. If you are considering another toilet, please provide the informa�on for evalua�on.

Q2. CLIN 4.15 and 4.16

Should these mirrors be equipped with LED ligh�ng?

A2. No, it is not required or specified in the concept.

Q3. CLIN 6.2 and 6.3

Indicate the linear meters of cable and the number of poles or conductors.

A3. The required informa�on can be found on drawings E1-101.1 and E1-201.1 in the rib of the drawing in the table "Electrical Circuit Schedule". The length of the electrical wiring must be calculated according to the loca�on of the light fixtures, switches and electrical outlets indicated in the project. The area already has power supply from the electrical panel indicated in the floor plans.

Q4. The ADA system is missing.

A4. Please refer to Amendment 0001, leter B, paragraph 5.1.

Q5. Should the ADA system be Stanley or can it be some other similar brand?

A5. Slow energy swing door operator "Magic-Access" type Stanley Brand or equivalent brand in specifica�ons, performance, quality, and warranty.

Q6. Does the air men�oned in 7.1 refer to the sec�on that is only an ornament?

A6. Please refer to Amendment 0001, leter C, sub-paragraph 7.1.

The concept includes the 3 air outlets that were men�oned during the visit, 2 on the ceiling: 1 is dismantled and disappears (elongated grille) and the second is relocated (square grille). The third outlet is the grille located in the wall that must be relocated to the end wall in the same direc�on as it already exists.

Q7. Clin 3.10

Sanilock does not manufacture doors of this type, please specify if it is a wooden drum door or a metal drum door, if it is metal, indicate gauge and if it is electrosta�c paint, automo�ve, epoxy, etc. ; indicate type of sheet metal and hinges.

A7. As discussed during the site visit, two op�ons are being considered for budge�ng for this specific door due to the size of the opening. The wood door (concept 5.3 door type CMR-101 plan A1-

501.1 and G1-002) and the one in concept 3.10 which would be a Sanilock cubicle type door to match the par��ons in the urinal area.

The concept indicates that the expected finish is stainless steel, the specifica�ons are as indicated by the brand (22-gauge stainless steel with type 304 finish, plas�c cover for protec�on during shipping and installa�on).

Q8. Clin 4.9: indicate the square meters of the sink cover.

A8. Details of both sink units, including dimensions, specifica�ons, support structure and covers, are shown on drawings A1-204.4 (Men's Toilet Sink Details) and A1-204.6 (Accessible Men's Toilet Sink Details).
