AMISTAD STOP LOGS SOLICITATION

RESPONSES TO VENDORS QUESTIONS

1) Will the contractor be required to provide equipment and personnel to lift or lower the stop logs into place for the function test?

Yes. The Contractor shall provide equipment and personnel to lift or lower the stop logs into place at all stages of this project.

2) Will the Contractors scope for 2.5 be limited to delivering the stop logs to the roadway over the slots on the dam and witnessing the test, and addressing failures of the seals?

No. the Contractor shall provide equipment and personnel and conduct the test under the guidance and supervision of USIBWC
