(a) The clauses at 52.236‐2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236‐3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.

(c) Participants will meet at –
Not‐tsoo Gah‐nee Indian Health Center

** Individual requests for site visits will not be granted.
It is required that all attendees CONFIRM ATTENDANCE to the site visit, by notifying Matthew Phelps via email of their plan to attend, no less than twenty‐four (24) hours prior to the site visit day. Due to the rural location of the project site, the site visit is being held based on confirmed attendance. SHOULD THERE BE NO CONFIRMED ATTENDANCE, THE SITE VISIT WILL BE CANCELLED. Failure to provide confirmation of attendance may result in not having Government personnel available to support attendees who show up without previous confirmation of attendance. The Government is in no way responsible for any costs incurred by attendees who go to the project site without confirming attendance as directed.
It is recommended that you ensure by email that your confirmation of attendance to the site is received by the POC prior to attending. While attendance to the site visit is not mandatory, offerors are urged to inspect the site where work is to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions which may affect the cost of performance of the contract, to the extent, such information is reasonably obtainable. Offerors should visit the site and take such other steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of the work, and the general and local conditions which can affect the work or the cost thereof.
Failure to do so shall not relieve Offerors from responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. The Government shall assume no responsibility for any understanding or representations concerning conditions made by any of its officers or agents prior to the execution of the contract, unless included in the solicitation, the specifications, or related documents.
Questions concerning the project must be put into writing and submitted via email to Matthew Phelps, Contract Specialist, at matthew.phelps@ihs.gov by Tuesday July 31, 2018.
