Attachment 12: Work Order Requirements for Front Office Support Task Order
1.0 WORK ORDER REQUIREMENTS FOR TASK ORDER I, FRONT OFFICE
SUPPORT, CLINS 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, AND 4002
DARPA may task the Contractor to perform DARPA DSO SETA initiatives within the scope of the Front Office Support Task Order PWS Section 3.3 for CLINS 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, and 4002 via work orders, the performance of which cannot be accommodated within the constraints of the day-to-day operational support activities.
Work orders under these CLINS, and these CLINS only, shall be limited in duration and scope and shall be managed as separately definable and self-contained work efforts with a pre-approved time line, requirements, budget, and success criteria. The value of each work order will be deducted from the ceiling value of these awarded CLINS.
1.1 WORK ORDER CONCEPT
The process for initiating a SETA work order starts with creation of a Work Order Concept Plan provided by the contractor in response to government need. Each Work Order Concept Plan shall contain, at a minimum, a high level business case and objectives, approach to meet these objectives including a high level plan, milestones and a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimate.
Costs of creating and updating these Concept Plans shall not be billed separately as these efforts fall within the scope of work defined in the Task Order PWS.
1.2 WORK ORDER EXECUTION
DARPA will require the same progress updates or reports with data as reflected in the Task Order PWS, including execution against milestones and budget that demonstrate status in relation to work completion targets, schedule, and budget constraints.
1.3 PRICING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLINS 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, AND 4002: FRONT
OFFICE SUPPORT: PWS SECTION 3.3 ONLY
The following Labor Categories are provided as representative of the anticipated labor mix and estimated level of effort for SETA services under these CLINS based on historical information. Utilizing the “Price Model Template” offerors shall propose their off-site rates for these categories, which will be used to establish a ceiling for these CLINS.
