About this file

This amendment to a solicitation provides clarification on questions submitted in response to a request for proposals issued by the Drug Enforcement Administration for the acquisition of Cessna T206H aircraft or equal. The amendment removes the requirement for an offeror to provide a DD Form 254 demonstrating a facility security clearance, as all contract performance will take place at the contractor's site. No other changes are made to the solicitation requirements or deadlines. The solicitation remains open for proposals due by the originally stated date to acquire fixed-price aircraft for use by the DEA.
