May 13, 2019-Questions and Responses #2
Questions:
1. Is the contractor required to pay for transportation costs for the inmates? If so, where is this addressed in the statement of work? Also, is there a preferred method of transportation for the prisoners...ie, bus, Uber, taxi, etc.
2. There is no specific line for transportation costs. If there is can you please specify where this would be added in the billing lines? If there is no specified area, would you like us to amortize the cost of the transportation into the quote somewhere else?
3. What date does the facility need to be up and running?
4. Is there a preferred number of counselors you would like to have available in the facility?
Responses:
1. Yes, the contractor pays for transportation costs. Please see Page 11 of the Statement of Work.
Regarding a preferred method, please see Questions and Responses #1, posted on May 6, 2019.
2. See pages 5-10 of the SF 1449 for all of the Transportation line items. This is the specified area for transportation costs.
3. See page 4, #6B of the Technical Quotation Information Sheet.
4. This is up to the discretion of the quoter and is based on the State's professional licensing requirements and case load size.
All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than 12 p.m. on May 29, 2019.
