Questions and Answers
1. Q: Are all these meals to be delivered at one time before January 5, or can the quantities be split into separate deliveries between December 30 and January 5?
A: The meals can be delivered all at one time or split as long as they are all delivered between
December 30, 2020 and January 5, 2021. Do not bid if the full order cannot be delivered by
January 5, 2021.
2. Q: Just to confirm; do you want everything individually packaged in the box? For example; the bread in one package, meat in one package, etc.?
A: Yes. All the items need to be in packaged into one individual box making one (1) meal per box. However, in each meal box the items should be individually wrapped as well (i.e. meat packaged separate, cheese packaged separate, and bread packaged separate and/or Peanut
Butter and Jelly packaged separate).
3. Q: Once meals are delivered; who is responsible for the freshness of food? (bread, meat, cheese, etc.)
A: The expiration date must be valid upon delivery. Even though they will go into the freezer, the product expiration date must not be expired at delivery.
