About this file
This document is a detailed cost proposal from Parsons and Iteris for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Loop 101 Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) Decision Support System (DSS) project. The contract involves multiple mobility partners, including ADOT and the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT), with Parsons and Iteris collaborating to develop a comprehensive transportation management system.
The contract encompasses four core service areas: Project Management and Administration, DSS Design, DSS Development/Deployment/Integration, and DSS Operations and Maintenance. The total contract value is $1,518,133.41, with an additional $250,000 for iNET ATMS Module License Costs. The project involves developing sophisticated software for traffic management, including capabilities such as system engineering, stakeholder engagement, software development, system testing, training, and ongoing operational support. Key technical components include interfaces for traffic signal systems, dynamic message signs, vehicle detection, ramp metering, CCTV cameras, transit prioritization, and data analytics. The contract includes a two-year warranty and provisions for ongoing maintenance, with assumptions that ADOT will provide necessary cloud services, communication links, and support infrastructure.

Parsons is responsible to correct any non-compliance identified through AZ ramp or any security assessment copleted by ADOT and respective ICM/DSS partners, exclusive to the iNET ICM/DSS application components, and software/code, and COTS applications provided by Parsons within the scope of this project. |
| 21. The estimated yealy AWS cost is approximately $100K. This estimated AWS yearly cost is based on RFP requirements, and typical/equivilent costs from similar projects. These estimates will likely change significantly during detailed design phase when all interface, data, retention, and security details are formalized for the ICM/DSS. Actual instance types, utilization, and pricing will depending on ADOT AWS contracts, and system detailed design outcomes. |
