Historic Structure Report

North Cascades NP Vendor Questions and Answers

Q: Can you provide pictures of the site including the structures?

A: See Enclosure

Q: Can we submit something in our corporate format, or should the format of the submittal consist only of the forms included in Attachment C Forms to Return With Quote?

A: Attachment C forms are not required. Prospective vendors may use their company formatted documents.

Q: Would you like federal past performance questionnaire (PPQ) forms submitted as part of the bid, or is it sufficient to include just the names and contact information as listed on page 9 of the solicitation for the references?

A: Prospective vendors may use either format.

Q: Will the National Park Service be able to provide backcountry permits as necessary to help the contractor meet the field work schedule?

A: Most of the campsites needed will not be hard to get through the public reservation system. For those that may be more challenging, the selected contractor will need to provide the COR with dates of proposed campground stays no later than January 28th, 2022 so that the campsites can be reserved prior to the reservation system being opened to the public.

Q: Regarding HSR content and format, Part 4 – Appendices: would the NPS expand upon expectations for the type and number of drawings to be included?

A: The park would like one plan view and four elevations for each building. If the drawings are done in a digital program, such as CADD, please provide the park with digital files.
