RFIs: 140P8122Q0077 LE Vessel Electronics Replacement, Lake Mead

1) The SOW states a specification for a “White LED flood work lights” however there is no reference within any vessels work requirements to install. Are there to be any installed White LED flood lights? I only see reference to blue/white lights 4” Facia light.

a. Answer: White flood light to be installed on each boat as follows: One each forward, aft, port, and starboard. Each to be installed in a place on the roof for maximum coverage.

2) Can you advise the current model of transducers on each vessel?

a. Answer: Exact models of transducers are unknown and various. Most are bracket mounted on transom, but a couple are through-hull. All are used with old Furuno multifunction displays.

3) What marine band radio is to be removed from each vessel?

a. Answer: Various models and various mounting styles for the existing marine band radios.

4) Are multiple vessels able to be taken out of service to be refitted at one time?

a. Answer: I can take a couple out of service at a time but must keep the others at their duty stations to maintain emergency response capability.
