Resources Building - Typical wall base and interior doorway conditions. Existing wall base to remain in place and new 1/4 round LVP trim installed on the face.
Door jambs are to be undercut and LVP slid under the jambs.
Resources Building - Typical existing wall base condition. Wall base is to be left in place, new flooring shall be installed to the edge of the wall base, and new 1/4 round trim installed on the face of the existing wall base...

Hydrology Building - Typical wall base condition. Wall base to be carefully removed and if not damaged during removal, re-installed after LVP installation. Damaged wall base to be replaced in kind and painted to match existing.

Hydrology Building - Typical stair condition.
Contractor to carefully remove existing heavy commercial rubber tread/nosing without damage, install LVP on risers, and re-install existing tread with nosing over top of LVP riser with neat sealant bead at side edges of risers.
Should existing tread/nosing be damaged during removal, replace all with LVP tread, riser, and matching nosing with 1/4 round LVP trim at edges.

Contractor to install LVP on stair landing with 1/4 round LVP trim at edges and matching nosing.

Contractor to carefully remove existing heavy commercial rubber tread/nosing without damage, install LVP on risers, and re-install existing tread with nosing over top of LVP riser with neat sealant bead at side edges of risers. Should existing tread/nosing be damaged during removal, replace all with LVP tread, riser, and matching nosing with 1/4 round LVP trim at edges.
