Questions & Answers

Question #1 – Are there any pictures available of the stair tread, and how many linear feet is there? Will the cove base be getting replaced? If so, how many linear feet and 4" or 6"?

Answer – Pictures have been attached (see KLVC Carpet Pics attachment). The Statement of Work states the reuse of the baseboard – the COR used pliers along the edge of the baseboard and the existing carpet easily pulled out from under the baseboard. The steps have a 7.5” rise and 11” run. 72 SQ FT for the stairs. 27 SQ FT for the landing in the middle of the stairs.
