Questions & Answers

Question #1 – Does the gas piping have to be routed the same way that it is in the drawings?

Answer – Contractor is to refer to the Project Specifications, specifically Section 01 10 00 PART 1.2 (B)(1), (B)(2), (B)(3), and (B)(4) and attached drawings.

Question #2 – Are the buildings on crawl spaces?

Answer – The Natural Resources Office Building (MAINROC) and the Maintenance Office Building are both on an approximate four-foot-tall crawl space. The Carpenter Shop is not on a crawl space, it is built on a slab.

Question #3 – Are there liquidated damages in this contract?

Answer – No, there are no liquidated damages clauses associated with this contract.
