Q19: Can invoices be submitted every two weeks?
As a small business, under FAR 52-232.1(b) we can invoice twice monthly to allow for better cash flow.

The invoicing will be on a monthly basis. 1st day of the month thru the last day of the month; except for those periods of work performed (such as November or December) that are less than one continual month in duration.) Once an invoice is received in IPP from the
Contractor, payment of the invoice is typically made within 15 calendar days from the date the invoice is received in IPP.
Q20: Should the contractor limit the number of decimal places used for "Unit price per day" considering the potential affect when small prices are used in a calculation? If so to how many decimal places should the contractor use for price?
R20: For unit pricing, it can be carried out to three decimal places; however, for the monthly billing the total monthly billing for each line item will be two decimal places. For example; if a particular price for a task is $4.239 per day, you would calculate total number of days in the month by the daily price and then round to the nearest two decimal points (up or down). $4.239 x 31 days = $131.409 = a monthly billing for that task of $131.41.)
Q21: Is the contractor supposed to fill out SF
