27. The last page of the solicitation document (pg 243) depicts an illustration of the proposed new switchgear/switchboards; the "Elevation View" lists the proposed new breakers in amounts according to their size.

a. It lists (1)800A Main, with Secondaries of (2)400A, (3)200A, (3)100A, and (2)60A breakers.

b. The existing equipment is (1)800A Main, with Secondaries of (2)400A, (3)200A, (1)100A, and (2)60A. This leaves us with (2) unused 100A breakers.

c. The existing Main Breaker switchboard has a breaker enclosure mounted to the side of it, marked "New Service to Tent"; this breaker is rated 150 Amps, and at the time of our site visit, was in the "OFF" position. Is the wiring associated with this breaker to be connected to the new switchgear/switchboard? If so, will it be connected to one of the unused 100 Amp breakers, or will it require an additional 150 Amp breaker? If it is to be connected to one of the 100 Amp breakers, will the reduced available current be sufficient to serve the "New Service to Tent" The two 100 amp breakers are for the future. The breaker enclosure is no longer being used and does not need to be hooked up to the new switchgear.
