About this file
This document is an amendment to an RFI (Request for Information) for PSA South - RFQ 140P4324Q0029. It addresses several questions from the vendor regarding the requirements for the proposal submission, including the availability of Attachment 1, the project schedule, proposed team member details, and resumes, as well as clarification on conflict of interest concerns and restrictions on aerial photography.
The key details are:
- Attachment 1, the Condition Assessment Firm Fixed Price Excel Form, is missing and the vendor requests it be provided.
- The 8-page limit applies to the technical proposal, not the project schedule, which can be submitted as an attachment.
- Proposed team member details, including qualifications and roles, are to be included within the 8-page limit. The vendor requests an increase to the page limit.
- Resumes for the proposed team are not required at this stage, except for the project manager. Subject matter expert resumes will be required if the contract is awarded.
- There are no conflict of interest concerns for potential future Construction Management Representative work.
- Aerial photography using drones is not allowed on National Park Service land, and only hand-taken landscape pictures are permitted.
