Amendment 0001 Government Responses to Contractor Questions
1. Do I just need to email a quote to you or do we need to mail it to someone?
• All submissions shall be submitted via email
2. Can you please indicate the required lead time or delivery date for this product?
• The desired delivery date is 180 days after award
3. Under the Buy American Act, my understanding is that a foreign end product may be proposed as long as properly identified and it is possible to be awarded under certain exceptions including availability, quality, price advantage, etc. Is this correct?
• That is correct. Please reference FAR 52.225-1, Buy American-Supplies (OCT 2022).
