Q:HOW MANY USERS WILL BE USING SYSTEM?
A:The typical real-time usage of IP internet feed will be one station in Dispatch. There would be about 10 discrete employees using the system and needing access. There are 3 dispatch console stations that need to be capable to receive the feed.
Q:WILL A PHONE APP BE NEEDED?
A:This is not needed nor scoped here but would be considered.
Q:HOW MANY Clients WILL WE NEED TO ADD TO
COMPUTERS?
A:There are 3 dispatch console stations needing to receive the video feed real time
Q:WHERE WILL THE HEADEND AREA BE AND THE VIDEO
VIEWING AREA
A:There is flexibility depending on system setup for the location of the headend but it is expected to be at the Visitor Center in one of the secured out of sight locations such as the mechanical or IT closet. The video viewing area will be the Dispatch center which is located in a separate building connected by broadband internet.
Q:HOW MANY EMPLOYEES WILL NEED TRAINING?
A:Training would be just one time for 1 to 4 employees who would then train the rest of the staff as needed.

6¿If wireless is required will additional time be allowed for wireless study between both locations
A:Time for the bid due date cannot be extended due to the fiscal year closeout
Q:Bullet 12¿Will NPS be able to provide a Dark fiber or allow connectivity to NPS Network.

140P4221Q0098/0002 installations and FedRamp approval.
A:Internet service separate from the NPS Intranet is available at both sites and provided by NPS with static IP addresses and is available for use by a proposed CCTV system. This is viewed as the backup option.
Q:At time of walk through Dispatch office was not allowed for visit. Can we setup a time with Mr.
Flood to view for equipment location and verify size of monitor and how clients needed.
A:No there is not enough time. Real-time CCTV would be displayed on 55¿ UHD monitor/tv¿s.
Typical use would be to display real time feed
24/7 and be able to look up past recordings when needed.
Q:Is there a standard resolution required for the cameras? ( looking at the locations of the cameras a minimum of 5MP is recommended)
A:1080p was put in the scope of work as the minimum for bandwidth considerations, higher resolution with a software ability to stream at lower resolution may be more advantageous
Q:We have used Avigilon Cameras and Software which is manufactured in the USA at another federal facility (level 5) and will propose that in our bid. Is there a different brand that NPS prefers to use so proposals are all streamlined for better comparison of bids?
A:We do not have a preferred brand but require
NDAA authorized cameras.
Q:Original due date for the proposal in the document state today September 13th by 5PM EST but the main page has due date of September 15th by 6PM EST which one is correct?
A: 1700 (5PM EST), Sept 15
