Questionings and Answers 140L6324Q0005 Question 1: Is there a Question and Answers period/deadline?

Answer 1: The deadline for questions is the due date and time for quotes. Please see Page 1, Block 8 of the Standard Form 1449. If there are any extensions to the due date or time, they will be posted by Amendment under this solicitation’s Notice ID.

Question 2: I do not see specific proposal instructions in the scope of work (i.e. information/sections that must be in our submittal). Do you have specific requirements, or are we to use our best judgement, ensuring that we include budget, qualifications, and project approach?

Answer 2: There are no specific instructions for how to structure your quote. See the Standard Form 1449 for the schedule of services required, quantities required, technical specifications and look to the Statement of Work for details.

Question 3: I also do not see specific evaluation criteria. Could you provide guidance on the manner in which proposals will be evaluated?

Answer 3: Please see the solicitation provision 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items. The price and the technical acceptability of the quote will be the factors considered during evaluations. It is expected that a technically acceptable quote with the lowest evaluated price will provide a best value result and be the one that is most advantageous to the Government.
