Ref. # Date Method

Submitted Question Answer Posted Amendment #

1 6/11/2024 Pre-Bid mtg How is this solicitation tiered with the ISBEE requirement?

All proposals from ISBEE will be evaluated first based on low price and then for technical acceptability. If no proposal is acceptable then proposals from SDB will be evaluated using the same low price and technical acceptability approach. If no proposals are acceptable then all remaining small business proposals will be evaluated. The tiered preference only applies if the lowest priced ISBEE/SDB is within 5% of the overall lowest priced proposal. 6/18/2024 0001
