The actual use period of the fence is linked to the timeline needed for building and starting up the permanent Sloan National Conservation Area Visitor Contact Station (VCS). Inside the fenced area, there will be storage for vehicles, a shed, and BLM equipment, as outlined in Exhibit 1.
Project Site – 3100 Nawghaw Poa Road, Henderson, Nevada 89044. The fence will be located approximately 0.7 miles south of the Nawghaw Poa Road / Democracy Drive intersection (latitude: 35.91668 / longitude: -115.12628) – Refer to Exhibit 2.
