1. Can BLM please confirm that this contract will allow for use of a contractor-owned, contractor-operated unmanned aircraft system (UAS, or drone) for this project?

Yes, the contract will allow the use of UAS or drone for this project.

2. Please provide a list and description of historic aerial imagery BLM will provide to the contractor upon award.

The BLM is not providing historic aerial imagery, it is the contractors responsibility, using professional judgement, to determine the relevant aerial imagery for the development of the historic topographic surface.

3. Beyond the GFP noted in SOW IV.C, what resources and support will BLM provide for this project?

As noted in SOW IV.C.1, the BLM will assist with setting ground control, typically two control points (rebar with aluminum cap), to be used to ensure coordination and acceptance of coordinate system.The BLM is not anticipating providing any additional support other than what is in SOW IV.C.

4. Do resumes count against the 15-page limit for the technical capabilities and plan volume, or are resumes outside of the 15-page limit?

No. The 15 page limit is for the technical capabilities narrative. Resumes do not count toward this limit.
