Amendment 3 – Q&As #3

1) Q: We cannot find anywhere in the Solicitation where it addresses the onsite supervision requirements. Other than a Superintendent, is a QC or SSHO required to be onsite at all times? Can the Superintendent position fill more than one hat? Does the BLM have this requirement posted somewhere on a website that I could find?

A: The superintendent must be onsite at all times. The awardee must follow the QC and safety plan submitted during the submittal process. The superintendent can fulfill both the QC and safety roles if qualified. Also, refer to contract clause FAR 52.236-6, “Superintendence by the Contractor.”
