2. Technical Specifications
2.1 Dimensions and Weight
• Working Width: 1.5 meters (5 ft)
• Length of Burner: 2 meters (suitable for transport in a sea container)
• Weight: Approximately 1984 kg
2.2 Operational Parameters
• Speed: Adjustable between 3 km/h to 6.5 km/h
• Interior Heat: Up to 1000 °C
• Fuel Consumption: Approximately 75 to 120 liters per hectare
2.3 Construction Features
• Material: Solid construction with a zinc protection layer and interior plates made of fire-resistant stainless steel.
• Height Adjustable Side Plates: Equipped with gliding paths for ease of adjustment.
• Burner Fields: Insulated with high-quality insulation, supported by stainless steel stretched metal, and attached with clips.
• Ignition System: Electronic ignition with safety controllers for each burner field.
• Gas Evaporation: Liquid propane gas evaporated in a stainless-steel evaporator; all tubing must be stainless steel or copper.
• Burner Head Configuration: Heads faced backward for optimal fresh air suction at the front side.
2.4 Ventilation System
• Hydraulic Driven Ventilator: Above each burner field to enhance oxygen supply for optimal combustion.
• Heat Retention: Burner field closed at the front and back with stainless steel plates to minimize heat loss due to wind.
• Double Bottom Chassis: Designed to preheat air and cool down the chassis, ensuring optimal combustion.
2.5 Control Systems
• Electrical Control: Pilot flame/main flame control from the tractor.
• Optional PLC Control: With a 7" display capable of:
o Digital readout of gas pressures for each burner field.
o State indication of filters with cleaning/replacement warnings.
o Speed control of the ventilator.
o Flame indication on-screen.
o Multi-lingual software support.
o Hour counter with adjustable reset.
o Warning alerts for low gas pressure conditions.
2.6 Additional Options
