ADDENDUM

SPECIFICATION

NEW MOBILE HOME AND REMOVAL OLD MOBILE HOME

Mora National Fish Hatchery – Mora, New Mexico Date: September 9, 2021

1. REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF OLD GOVERNMENT-OWNED MOBILE HOME – ADDITIONAL INFORMAITON/REQUIREMENTS:

· 1997 Pioneer Mobile Home is FEMA trailer without title. Mora NFH staff responsible for obtaining a title and tax release from the county prior to transfer in accordance with Mora County, State of New Mexico guidelines.

· Contractor responsible for applicable document and title fees associated with transfer of mobile home, if applicable, Mora County, State of New Mexico guidelines.

· Contractor responsible for complying and following applicable environmental codes in the disposal of old mobile home, if applicable. If old unit is disposed, the contractor shall provide a copy of the Waste Disposal Receipt verifying disposal of the old mobile home.

· Contractor is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and complying with State of New Mexico and other States (where applicable) for transporting oversize/overweight loads.

2. NEW MOBILE HOME

· Contractor responsible for delivery, set up of new unit.

· Contractor is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and complying with State of New Mexico and other States (where applicable) for transporting oversize/overweight loads.

3. COORDINATION WITH MORA NFH STAFF:

· Contractor shall coordinate with Mora NFH staff to remove and dispose of the existing mobile home and the delivery of the new home.

4. In performing work under this purchase order, the contractor and all subsequent parties agree to hold harmless and release the United States Government and its employees from all liability, damage, loss, claim, compensation or expense associated with the structural or environmental condition of the structure and its components, nor in the removal, handling, transportation, storage, salvage, recycling, use or future reuse of any item, equipment, component or appurtenances.
