Text version

1. Please give a reasonable expectation of period of performance and if there is a "not to exceed" period of performance that must be met. How flexible is the Refuge willing to be?

2. THE SOLICITATION INDICATES A ONE YEAR PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. IF

MATERIALS LEAD TIME IS EXCESSIVE, AN EXTENSION WOULD BE GRANTED

AFTER AWARD OF THE CONTRACT.

3. I would assume, same person

4. THE ONSITE SUPERINTENDENT AND QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER CANNOT BE

THE SAME PERSON.

5. Do you have a qualified person as your Project Manager who could perform inspections if you are unable to?

6. A THIRD PARTY INSPECTOR IS NOT REQUIRED UNDER THIS CONTRACT. THE

GOVERNMENT EXPECTS THE CONTRACTOR TO HAVE THEIR OWN IN HOUSE

COMMISSIONING AND INSPECTION CAPABILITIES.

7. Rachel, do you remember if a Quote Schedule was provided in the solicitation attachments?

8. PROVIDE PRICE BREAKDOWN IN STANDARD CSI DIVISION FORMAT.

5. I assume the permitting requirement was clarified in the scope?

6. GENERALLY, LOCAL BUILDING PERMITS ARE NOT REQUIRED ON FEDERAL

PROJECTS, HOWEVER ALL LOCAL BUILDING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET. THE

CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BECOMING FAMILIAR WITH AND MEETING

ALL LOCAL CODE REQUIREMENTS.

7. Not sure what "previous proposal" this is referencing?

8. THE GOVERNMENT IS EXPECTING THE BIDS TO FALL WITHIN THE RANGE

STATED IN THE SOLICITATION.
